  • Guests are requested not to invite outside visitors into the room during their stay.

Child & Extra Bed Policy

  • An extra bed will be provided for any child included in the booking, subject to availability and at an additional charge.
  • An extra bed will also be provided for any additional guest included in the booking, subject to availability and at an additional charge.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges as per hotel policy.
  • Early departure will be billed for one full room night.

GST Charges

  • 12% for room rates ≤ INR 7,499
  • 18% for room rates > INR 7,500
  • Rooms are held on a confirmed basis with a guarantee via company confirmation or credit card details.
  • Non-guaranteed reservations will be released by 18:00 hrs on the arrival date.
  • Airport transfers are available at an additional cost unless specified otherwise.
  • Full deposit for advance purchase bookings is non-refundable, even if the booking is canceled or modified.
  • Cash payments exceeding INR 50,000 require a PAN card.
  • Reservation Reference: Please use your Room Booking Number # “RESERVATION NUMBER” for future correspondence.

Standard Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made up to 14 days before the scheduled check-in date will be fully refunded, excluding any non-refundable deposits (if applicable).
  • Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking value.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will incur a 100% charge of the total booking value.
  • Guests who do not show up on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the booking.

Group Bookings (5+ Rooms)

  • Cancellations for group bookings made up to 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or processing fees.
  • For cancellations made 14 to 30 days prior to arrival, a 50% charge of the total group booking value will apply.
  • Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled check-in will be charged the full value of the booking.
  • If your stay is impacted by events beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will offer you the option to rebook for a future date or receive a full refund.
  • If government-imposed travel restrictions prevent your stay, we will work with you to either reschedule your booking or provide a full refund.

Bookings On Special Dates

  • Any Bookings for date from 23rd December till 2nd January are non-refundable Bookings.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Booking Modifications

  • If you need to change your reservation dates, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Changes made within 15 days of check-in may incur additional charges.
